Hey, I'm Alicia!

Mom. Gymnastics chauffeur. Boston terrier wrangler. Former corporate workaholic turned “holy shit, this is actually my life?” entrepreneur.

I live in Minnesota with my daughter (a fierce little gymnast with more energy than me on my morning coffee) and our two Boston terriers, who basically run the house. When I'm not building a legacy for my future, my daughter, and my team, you will probably find me at gymnastics practice, riding horses, or eating sushi and/or drinking margaritas with my girls.

In 2019, I walked away from a corporate career that drained me dry to build a life that actually lit me up. No more soul-sucking emails, no more living for a weekend, no more constant MOM guilt for all the time I was away from home—just full-on, unapologetic pursuit of what I actually wanted. FREEDOM! To do what I want, when I want, and with whom I want do do it with!

Now? I get to help other women do the same. Because if you’re sitting there thinking, “there has to be more than this,” you’re right—there is. And you don’t have to stay stuck in something that doesn’t fulfill you. Pouring yourself 100% into your goals is scary, but trust me—it’s 1000% worth it.

This website? It’s my space to be fully me—loud, authentic, and probably dropping an f-bomb or two. I’m an Italian girl who talks with her hands, tells it like it is, and believes in grit over perfection. So, if you’re here for sugarcoated advice, you’re in the wrong place. But if you’re ready to shake things up, let’s go.
